Jordan Potten started JPS Plumbing & Heating back in 2009, building a solid reputation through honest work, reliable service, and a commitment to doing things the right way. In 2021, he married Kaleigh, and by 2024, the two teamed up to run the business together.
Now we’re a husband-and-wife team, working side by side to serve our community with quality plumbing and heating, delivered with a personal touch. Kaleigh is training as an apprentice, learning the trade hands-on while keeping things organised and running smoothly behind the scenes too.
We love working together. We bring strong communication, a team mindset, and a genuine respect for our customers. Plumbing isn’t just about fixing things, it’s about showing up, solving problems, and making sure people feel taken care of.

Jordan was here when he said he would be, and completed the work that morning. He was great with advice; and when he encountered an issue with the gas meter outside the property, he stayed until SGN had arrived to ensure a resolution. Would definitely have Jordan back.
